In the ever-changing landscape of the cannabis industry, Feather faced challenges brought on by rapid growth and the increasing acceptance of cannabis. With market saturation and strict regulations around advertising and packaging, it became difficult for brands to carve out a unique identity.
These hurdles called for a strategic approach that balanced creativity with compliance. While working at Feather, I served as Art Director alongside Carly Wall, who led as Creative Director. Together, we developed the creative vision for the brand and led a team of designers, project managers, and social media managers.
I worked closely with the brand and marketing departments to align on direction, resulting in award-winning campaigns and branding strategies. Designing a wide range of materials, including advertisements, campaigns, pop-up displays, e-commerce websites, email marketing, merchandise, packaging, photoshoots, SMS marketing, and various other print and web materials.
My work not only met regulatory requirements but also resonated with Feather's audience in a meaningful way. The revitalization of Feather’s brand played a key role in helping the company stand out, leading to growth in sales across cannabis products, batteries, merchandise, and white-label hardware.
